These Terms & Conditions apply to the GAMERZADDA website and application. By accessing or using the service, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable tournament-specific rules.
Eligibility and Account
You must meet applicable age, location and tournament eligibility requirements. Provide accurate account and game details, keep your login credentials secure and do not impersonate another person or create accounts to abuse offers.
Tournaments and Matches
Tournament availability, format, entry requirements, slots, schedules, scoring and prizes are shown in the app or in the rules for the relevant tournament. Read the rules before joining. Participation is subject to availability and eligibility.
Fair Play
Cheating, hacks, exploits, teaming where prohibited, fake results, manipulation and other rule violations are not allowed. GAMERZADDA may review evidence, request screen recordings or other proof, cancel results or apply penalties in accordance with the applicable rules.
Fees, Prizes and Offers
Any entry fee, prize pool, bonus, referral reward, spin or scratch-card reward is subject to the offer and tournament terms displayed in the app. Promotions may have eligibility requirements, limits or expiry conditions. Prizes and bonuses are not guaranteed unless expressly stated for an eligible offer.
Wallet and Withdrawals
Wallet balances and withdrawal requests are subject to verification, minimum and maximum limits, applicable charges, payment-provider requirements and the current in-app withdrawal rules. Processing times can vary; a displayed or promotional estimate is not a guarantee.
Prohibited Use
Do not interfere with the service, exploit bugs, submit false information, abuse payment or referral systems, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Suspension and Changes
We may restrict access or take action where we reasonably believe rules, security requirements or applicable law have been breached. Features, tournaments and offers may change or become unavailable.
Third-Party Games and Services
GAMERZADDA is an independent platform unless expressly stated otherwise. Third-party games, payment services and external services may have their own terms. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation and Applicable Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to availability and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular tournament outcome. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
